Rockshield mesh is an extruded plastic mesh used as a protection mesh for ductile iron pipes and pipelines from damage to the pipelines anti-corrosion coating from rocks when the trench is backfilled.

Boddingtons Rockshield mesh is manufactured from high density polyethylene and offers maximum protection against impact damage during backfilling operations.

Rockshield mesh is chemically inert and rot resistant. The open mesh structure allows the flow of water and therefore does not interfere with the pipelines cathodic protection coating.
